Gauteng Hawks Head Ebrahim Kadwa, senior Crime Intelligence officer Major-General Feroz Khan, and businessman Tariq Downes have appeared in the Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court, facing charges related to the unlawful handling of raw precious metals.
